How appointments work, response times, and what to bring.

How do appointments work?

Choose a date and time that works for you on the form, or use the Book time button to pick a slot online. Visits can be in-office, by phone, or by video — whichever is easiest. Plan on 20–30 minutes for a coverage review or new quote.

How quickly will I hear back?

Janice personally confirms every appointment, usually within the same business day (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT). Requests sent on evenings or weekends are answered the next business morning.

What should I bring?

For a quote: a current declarations page from your existing policy (if any), driver's license, vehicle VINs or year/make/model, and your home address or property details. For life insurance: date of birth and basic health information. Don't have everything? Come anyway — we can fill in the gaps together.

Is there a cost or obligation?

No. Quotes and coverage reviews are always free, and you're never obligated to switch policies.
